A first world war BWM to 10429 Air Mechanic 2nd Class (Winch Driver) Gordon Douglas Goodyear, Royal Air Force.
WW1 British War Medal named to 10429 2.A.M. G.D. Goodyear. R.A.F.
Goodyear was born in Smethwick, Birmingham. He enlisted in the Royal Flying Corps on 16/10/1915 and was a Winch Driver / Fitter in the Kite Balloon Section. Between 2/7/1918 and 21/1/1919 he served with No.14 Balloon Section, R.A.F.
The medals are in good condition with ribbon.
