A first world war 1914-15 star to 14857 Private Thomas Gibbons, 2nd Bn. West Riding Regt. 

1914-15 Star named to 14857. L-Cpl. T. Gibbins, W. Rid. R. 

Died of Wounds – 21st September 1916 (Brighton City Cemetery (Bear Road)) 

Born and enlisted in Keighley, Yorkshire. 

Please note that the star has his name spelt GIBBINS and not GIBBONS. This mistake is mentioned on his MIC.
