Description

A first world war BWM and VM medal pair to 18472 Private James Gargon, Royal Irish Fusiliers and Royal Flying Corps. 

British War Medal named to 18472 Pte. J. Gargon. R. Ir. Fus. 
WW1 Victory Medal named to 18472 Pte. J. Gargon. R. Ir. Fus. 

Private Gargon served with the 1st Bn Royal Irish Fusiliers and was wounded (severe shrapnel wound to his right arm) in action. He later transferred to the R.F.C.

The medals are in good condition with ribbons.
